Pendulum Aerial Arts
It was a lovely warm Portland July evening. Stormbreaker was a perfect spot. And it was quite a treat to be lulled into amazement by the performers from Pendulum Aerial Arts--AMAZING! Check out the pics from the event! Thanks all who came out to hang out! See you soon!

Portland Area Theatre Alliance (PATA) et Museum of Contemporary Craft (MoCC)
It was a beautiful day in Portland. We were hanging in SE at the awesome Double Dragon (it felt like a little taste of Vietnam). We were grooving to grooves provided by JIMBO with http://xray.fm/ and hearing about what's happening with the Portland Area Theatre Alliance, and the Museum of Contemporary Craft! . It was great to be connecting with such a diverse community. See you again soon!

Portland Community Media
Thanks to White Owl Social Club and Portland Community Media! We recorded station ID's, played the networking name game with Sunshine Dixon, and chatted about what's happening in arts in PDX this spring. Thanks to everyone who came out. Check out the photos for the some of the fun we had!

The Holy Mojo + Tavern Books
In January, we called all forms of poetry to the stage! We kicked off the evening mingling with new and old pals, and welcoming everyone to the Radio Room space. At six, Tavern Books sparked our ears with a previously unpublished poem by the celebrated poet William Stafford, and The Holy Mojo performed a spoken word/music/dance piece connecting us to making a home. We were at times the audience, at times the participants, and all the richer in spirit from this event. Thank you everyone!
By the warm candlelight provided by our friends at Dig a Pony, we drew Beatles inspired pictures with Emily Frankie of CATA! We experienced collaborative theater practice with Sandra Hernandes of Spect-Actors Collective! We feel lucky to say that we welcomed 3 new creative Portlanders to Art Spark that evening, who came to us from the corners of South Carolina, New York City and Hawaii. It was such a pleasure to host everyone in this creative conversation once again. Thanks to all for coming!
